| Building Tomorrow's Leaders...Today | Many residents of Kokomo and Howard County are looking for ways to make things better - be it the work environment, their personal life, or the community as a whole. Leadership Kokomo is the vehicle to assist interested community-spirited individuals to turn their thoughts into actions.
The Goals:
- Help class participants develop and improve leadership skills
- Expose class participants to the different aspects of Kokomo/Howard County
- Challenge class participants to assume leadership roles in the community
The Program:
- Opening retreat in January
- Two half-day sessions per month (Feb. - May and Sept. - Dec.)
- Overnight Retreat in August
- Behind the scenes view of Kokomo/Howard County
- Leadership Skills Training
